Is it possible to have an early check-in or check-out?
Yes, if available. However, confirmation cannot be guaranteed more than 1 day in advance.
Coffee: What type of coffee makers are provided at the property?
We have a Breville espresso machine that uses small pods and comes with a milk frother. Additionally, there is a drip machine with a coffee grinder.
Property items: What items are provided at the property?
We provide fresh coffee beans, sugar, salt and pepper, olive oil, basic spices, dish and dishwasher soaps, garbage and recycling bags, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, laundry detergent, 1 roll of paper towels, and an all-purpose cleaner.
Check-in procedures: What are the check-in procedures?
You will receive a detailed email at least 3 days prior to your arrival with all the information you need.
Parking: We have more cars than the number of parking spots provided.
What should we do?
There are many public parking options available in Tremblant, most of which are free, such as P1 and P2.
